You are complete
This is a VITAL message for the church today! Please prayerfully read and study this page for yourself, as great deceptions are upon us. Col 2:10
This is what Satan don't want you to know.
When you look at yourself, what do you see?
Do you see someone who is imperfect and lacking in many area's, or someone who is whole and complete in Christ Jesus? Well you need to understand that you have inherited everything that Christ Jesus has inherited.
There are believers who see themselves as incomplete. This is because they are conscious of their lack and imperfections.
They say, “There are so many things imperfect about me! How can I be complete if there are so many things I am lacking in?”
They see their weaknesses, condemn themselves and feel inferior to others.
The good news is that God does not see the way man sees.
Man sees the flesh .But God sees the spirit.
He sees us already complete in Christ .Col 2:10 ref.
In spite of our imperfections, He sees us as new creations and partakers of His divine nature and more than conquerors over our faults. This is how he sees us.
And He wants us to see ourselves the way He sees us in his word.
What we think we need or are lacking in, whether it is godly character traits or physical health, WE ALREADY have in Christ.
You are not going to be complete in Christ some day —you are ALREADY complete in Christ!
And what remains for you to do is to walk daily in that completeness by believing that it is true and confessing that what you need right now, Jesus is to you RIGHT NOW.
He is your Complete forgiveness, Complete righteousness, Complete favour Complete protection COMPLETE HEALING COMPLETE SUCCESS COMPLETE REDEMPTION COMPLETE WISDOM.
So don’t focus on the lack you see in your life because that's not you.
Focus instead on the higher reality that in Christ, you are complete in everything at this moment. There is no imperfections in Christ. There is no birth defects in the new birth.
Have you ever thought about this verse above in Colossians, and considered it's significance ? The reason I ask is because the majority of professed Christians miss the great significance of it. Paul tells us to beware of the philosophy and tradition of men because many a people have been led astray
To be complete means to have ALL the necessary parts.
Ephesians 1:3 'Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with ALL spiritual blessings in heavenly places IN CHRIST..'
Colossians 1:19 'For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell.'
So this means that in Christ we have ALL the necessary parts needed for life and godliness. There is nothing lacking when we are in Jesus, we are COMPLETE in Him.
John 3:35-36 ...'The Father loveth the Son, and hath GIVEN ALL THINGS INTO HIS HAND. He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.'
Luke 10:22 ' ALL THINGS are delivered to me of my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him.'
Matthew 28:18 'And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, ALL POWER IS GIVEN UNTO ME in heaven and in earth .'
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE FOOLISH VIRGINS AND THE SAINTS? - What did the foolish virgins do? They relied upon others for the oil and not Christ. This is vital to understand.
Matthew 25:7-10 'Then all those virgins arose and trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said unto the wise, give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out. But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves. And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.'
Have a real good think about this. The oil represents the Holy Spirit, and Jesus said that the Holy Spirit will 'teach us all things.' (John 14:26) But who did the foolish virgins rely upon? Christ? No! They relied upon OTHERS to teach them and to give them their oil. But this is not so with the saints! They look to Christ alone and rely upon Him alone!
This is the message that the whole church needs friends, that we are complete in Christ. Do you know what this also means? Through faith, we lack NOTHING with Christ in us.
John 4:14 'But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.'
John 15:4-5 ' Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
Colossians 2:8-10 ' Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. And ye are COMPLETE in him, which is the head of all principality and power.'
